I earned my Travel Industry Certification from the School of
Hospitality Management at Florida International University in
Miami, Florida. In addition, I have proudly attained the
accreditation of Master Cruise Counsellor from
CLIA, the Cruise Line
International Association, sailed on more than 35 cruises, and
escorted groups of up to 400 passengers. I have assisted countless
individuals in their cruise and travel needs and organized many
types of groups from school and family reunions to church and
weight loss groups. All receive my personal service and attention
to detail.I am
